How do I stop being autistic on the phone?

I'm having trouble understanding and having even simple coherent conversations. I forget basic grammar and language, fuck up gender (in my native language), interrupt the other, stutter or remain awkardly silent, hang up too early and most importantly, it's like my brain cannot register the fucking voice I hear more than mere sound/noise. I hear words but barely any information so if it's something important I'm fucking lost. Happens face-to-face as well in stressful situations or with authority figures but it sucks on the phone. Am I autistic how do I fix this i cant face the people after I talk to them on the phone like this
