Any way to suppress your feelings and just start "grinding"? I just want my life to go on autopilot. Basically: Job, Sport, Study, Eat, Sleep.
I do this already but there are still feelings left, mainly desire. I am just too tired to produce anymore feelings, how to get emotionally numb like a robot?

I was blessed with passable genetics so I pull a lot of women from Tinder but it never manifests in something physical (talking about first dates here, lmao). So lately I am catching myself craving more and more by engaging in multiple conversations a day that result in a mundane "Good night" and nothing more.
