So I just moved into a college town, but am not enrolled for this quarter in the actual college (I'm working a graveyard shift at a hotel in the meantime). How do i socialize with people my age? There is a card/comic shop that I might hit a tournament at from time to time, but anything else? I'm not 21, so no bars. I'm also a drama guy, but I can't for the life of me find many auditions, which i know would help if I could. I'm mostly into table top rpgs, some card games, and video games but am willing to go a bit out of my comfort zone and try stuff (like I've been meaning to try working out more). Any ideas?
Pic obviously completely unrelated
What/how big of a city? That's gonna have a big impact on your options.

A tad on the small side. Theres stuff here, like the comics shop i just mentioned plus a book store and some restaurants and a movie theater, plus the campus. Stuff like a gym, ect. But yeah, I'd say small size.
Just googled population, almost 20,000 apparently
I made a majority of my friends with the people who were in the same dorm as me or were in the same major as me (we all took the same classes). I made a few good friends with clubs. I didn't make good friends at parties, just got connections to people so that I could go to more parties.
For your case, just hit up clubs or if you're fit, go to the gym and ask another guy that's alone for a spot. It's a good way to become gym buddies.
Do most universities actually care if the club members are currently enrolled? Would they allow future students who are getting enrolled/not care or check?

most of the time you won't be able to be a member proper but they'll let you come to the clubs.
