So basically I take in constant breathsbin and out and my head is a mess I csn barely concentrate or think it is like my mind is exhausted but I just cant stop thos fast breathing in and out and I have no clue how to szop this madness I'm outnof my mind. Please somrone help. I tried magnesium and I felt like a zombie.

sounds like hyperventilation to me. i used to do something similiar when i had severe anxiety issues. everything went back to normal after i went through behaviourl therapy. go see a shrink.
