Ok so I'm not asking for advice but more like a point in the right direction. I'm majoring in mechanical engineering and want to specialize in working on prosthetics. I understand this is more of biomedical engineering but I just mechanical cause of how broad it is. The thing is I'm looking for internships for the summer and I would like to find something related to that field for experience, the thing is I don't know where to start. What kind of companies should I look for or apply to? I know it's a dumb question but I'm lost as to where to start.
>not advice on the advice board
Holy shit.
Google around.
"Prosthetics (my town)(my state)"
"Leading prosthetics companies (mycountry)"
Add mechanical to the searches.
What books of the /sci/ wiki would be good to read for someone into Prosthetics?

What kind of work you want to do?
