My dad has a brain aneurysm.
It has not ruptured, he has never fainted, had a seizure, had a stroke, he's never had slurred speech or impaired motor function, but sometimes he has headaches and today he had very blurry vision. He was rushed to the hospital immediately when his vision went blurry, and the doctors said he came at a good time, now he's in ICU, not undergoing surgery, but he's being watched carefully.
does anyone have experience with brain aneurysms, or family members who have them? what is the chance of my dad surviving? I forget how old he is, something around 60 now, he's a smoker and I've tried ever since I was just a kid to get him and my mom to stop smoking but they never listened.
I'm afraid of losing my dad, /adv/.

that's tough man, cant really say much. Try talking with his doctors, they have the most experience.

well everyone gets what they deserve usually and when you smoke sometimes u die at 60 just because he's ur dad doesnt make those odds any different he'll regret his choices more than you
