What do you believe is a healthy amount of weed to consume?
I want to lead a healthy lifestyle. I'm thinking about consuming about 3 grams a month.
Is that detrimental to your healthy?

make it 1 gram a month. in order to be actively healthy you need to be sober
>>18722095
Not OP, but one gram a month would be a VERY small amount. You're basically talking about getting stoned one night out of sixteen. That wont work for most people who enjoy blazing.

I was smoking about 5 grams a month (only after work and other duties) to keep myself sane in a dead end job and motivate myself to do housework
Recently quit because I'm looking at other jobs and I'm 3 weeks sober at the moment. Only time I REALLY want to smoke is after particularly rotten days but I just drink instead.

exactly. not only is it cost effective it's getting high in moderation
>>18722133
I guess so. For a new smoker that would be fine I suppose. If you are someone who smokes frequently then it'd be tough to come down to that.

Frequent smoking isn't advocated by any health professionals anywhere, unless it is as a treatment for other illnesses.

Yeah...but I can do what I want
Cook some bud butter. The only unhealthy thing about weed is that people smoke it into their lungs.
>>18722178
Well no, obviously not. Smoking of any sort is obviously not advised by health professionals. I'm not sure that's what OP meant though.
The only detriments ive experienced from smoking approx 3g/week for the past 3 months is slightly decreased lung capacity and awful short term memory. ive been smoking on and off for around 3 and a half years now, never tobacco

That's rare because a study just showed that pot smokers have increased lung function.

(Funny that the gubmint admits it).

its almost like the government is not all run by a single entity by the name of Zargnak

No, but their mindset seems to be standardized, in triplicate.

Why turn to a substance to make yourself feel better? Why not do something productive or get a hobby?
