In summary , I know that my problems are in my head, im fat, i procrastinate, im lazy, but i want to improve, i can rationalize that it's in my head. I try to get motivated to change things for the better but only some minor things really stuck like getting up early, or counting calories (sometimes i slip up) but i want to do more, and be smarter, healthier and happier, while other things fall flat, like actually understand what im studying or actually eating healthy, any advice on how you got good habbits to stick, despite procrastinating or having a non organized lifestyle?

Some Background on me if it helps.
