I'm so anxious at university when I'm in a class I can barely concenctrate I feel like I'm in a zombie state and I'm not talkative, but as soon as the class is over I'm the centre of the group, I can talk to peope endless..... Also I got really focused on my breathing because I read that deep breathing helps but the problem is now I'm focused on my body and the sensation I feel and I usually feel pressure inside my body upper body, sometimes just below the neck sometimes I feel the whole chest pushing forward, which I have no idea if it is good or not..... What could I do?
