Sign up for every dating service available, mass message every girl regardless of potential partner status, make up a facebook, reconnect with EVERYONE you've ever met and squeeze yourself into their lives and eventually their social circles, get to know your family and friend's friends, etc. Join places that are social, churches, volunteer places, take a community college class just so you can be around that environment. You'll get a shot or two eventually.
