Yes, yes you can.

For $500, it is actually alright. Normally the vehicles I see up for sale at that price state that they are to be used for wreckage or parts purposes only.

I lived in one here and there for years. $500 is a good price as long as it's in decent condition.

i has no ac but a propane heater tank less hot water heater need a fridge has space for a mini fridge dead set on getting a freezer so 2 separate units.

If the roof doesnt leak you did good. If the roof leaks you will have to spend at least what you bought it for fixing that or you will be patching ineffectively forever. Still not a bad deal.

i know i may be picky but that kind of age and storage, check for possible mold? and maybe replace some of the cushions if they haven't been.
