Really specific question for you guys about a very specific feeling.
I recently went from having plenty of people around me who loved and cared about me to litteraly none.
So my question is how do you guys cope with the feeling of knowing that nobody cares where you've been, but you have nowhere sensational to go?
How do you guys keep suicidal thoughts away?
Therapist hasn't been working great, she said she can't really do much but be a safe place to talk which is nice but idk.

I don't know if this is the right answer. Obviously humans are social beings, so you should try to find people you can connect with. But more importantly you have to love yourself this is very important. Always live your life in a way that makes you happy. I think to myself all the time if i had nothing, just a hut in the woods would I still be happy? The answer is absolutely yes. you have to find something in your life that makes you happy, that's all there is to it.
