I'm looking for ways to keep my concentration up for a longer time. For ex. when I'm learning for exams I get a lot of distraction, very quick. I play games on pc (short ones), read unneeded newspages, browse 4chan. It's like when I don't feel any pressure I stop learning after 2 minutes. Lucky I'm inteligent enough to concentrate during classes and pass the exams. But it is a pain not beeing able to read a book properly. (Also I am damn slow at reading, but that might be another issue)

Obviously I should get more distance to PC+Phones but can I achieve this?

Also I'm in IT, so it's harder to get that distance. And phone is normal to be used in every fucking situation.

Do 2 push-ups every time you get the urge to do stuff you shouldn't be doing. Increase number of push-ups every few times.

Do those things (playing video games, reading newspages etc) only on set times.
