tried starting a convo a week ago but she didn't respond. then again she had a concert that night so I'm guessing it went over her head.

texted her yesterday to try and start a convo and joked about something we talked about earlier in the day. she didn't respond

what did she mean by this?

am I just over thinking and analysing things? probably the closest thing I have had to a crush in years so I want to play it cool.

should I just not initiate anything anymore unless it's just work related stuff?

I mean at work when we work together we have fun and talk dumb shit all day.

then again she just found out that she basically lost all of her shifts as far as she knows right now (some other girl was just came in out of the blue without her being told and was basically told that this other girl is going to be doing these shifts now until further notice)
