Is this Lyme? I'm freaking out

No, I don't think so. It doesn't look like a target, but it might develop into that. Where do you live? When were last somewhere where you might have picked up a tick? When did you first notice this?
I live in Illinois and my neighbors have seen ticks. I'm just freaking out because it hurts so badly and gets worse under water. I can't even use my hand bevause any pressure is painful. I got prescription medication and it's gotten worse since then.

Call your doctor and explain that.

I did. They can't do anything until I do the round of treatment I've already been prescribed.

>Lyme
No. Doesn't even look close.

Lyme is treated with antibiotics, are you saying they intend to do that after diagnosing you over the phone? No wonder they are breeding superbugs (not to mention it messes with your gut bacteria). Since you're obviously worried, there is a test for lyme, demand that you get it.
Is not lyme, is hand

I will in the morning. Thank you. I called to let them know the topical made it worse and they said they can't consider other options until I finish the 5- day allergy treatment.

I see, I'm guessing you're getting antihistamine (for the allergy), it might simply be messing with the test.
