I ASKED A GIRL OUT AND SHE SAID YES
WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO NOW
For a bit of background this is my first (real) date ever, in my 20 years and after losing so much weight too, I asked this co-worker to go out with me and she agreed but I have no idea what to do now.
I would suggest you go on a date with her. Just don't forget to clean the pipes beforehand.

Did you plan when and where?

for sure, what about the pipes?
>>18711051
not yet, I'm thinking of something but I wasn't expecting a response at all

Well, just tell her when and where. Make it low pressure, for both of you. No fancy restaurants.

Just go on the date. You'll be nervous but that's natural
But desu it's always a bad idea to date a co-worker
Either way good luck to you

Don't go to a movie - you're not really together when you're both looking at the screen.
Have dinner and/or some activity where you can talk and get to know each other.
Conversation will be easy because you already know and like each other, and also know enough about each other to know what you don't know. (That was a clumsy way of saying you know what sort of "Tell me about yourself" questions to ask)
an art exhibition is a good place to take a date. you spend the time talking about what you see, and get to know each others likes dislikes and tastes. but don't take her to one. it is far too advanced a scene to pull off, not because it is demanding in any way, but the negative expectations and false assumptions, frankly, the prejudice people have against that kind of activity makes it difficult. i hate people, so maybe you should not take my advice in any case. just felt for you man, and had to say something. good luck with her and any future endeavors.

Not OP but I enjoy movie dates. I feel like it's a good way to ease into getting more comfortable around each other. I get really nervous, and I'm such shit at conversations, so I really like just having an hour or so of getting used to being around them, and then afterwards I don't have to wonder what to talk about because we can just talk about the movie for a bit
