Stop thinking in absolutes OP. They are not saying that you do not need money at all. They are saying that making more money than you will ever need even if it makes you miserable is bad.

I have lots of money. I'd trade it for being healthy and having a gf any day if I could.

These are facts because all of us (yes, everybody) does this stuff on a daily basis for survival.

I just want to know why I keep getting lied to about money.

People keep telling me bullshit like money can't buy love or make you happy.

Money can certainly make you happy by improving the quality of your life (e.g don't have to worry about this month's rent nor having enough for bills,etc)

And money obviously helps to attract mates (I said this before).

e.g: she'll know you have your life in order (financially secure) dress well, have a nice or decent apartment/house and car with the help of money.

I'm attractive but i wouldn't change my face and youth for any money in this world. Any building, food, sportcar had the same value as this shit. If you are ugly you will never know how it really feels. (I have never say that i'm attractive to anybody in my life because i would look like a narcissist asshole but this is how i really feel) Also isn't only for the girls is for every aspect in life being attractive is like living in another world is being cool un everything you do, people feel you are cool por some shit like that. when i see a interview of David Gandy being humble about his looks "i ain't attractive i dont have the girls in high school" i think "this guy know how it feels" just like bill gates when he talk about money but deep inside he think "people will never know how good this really feels".

It depends how you make money. I make a bunch of money and am well off, but I'm constantly at work. That shit sucks and I hate it. There's no time to actually enjoy the merits of my work, just more time in the office.
