I just transferred to a 4 year university after a year and a half at a community college (before that, I spent 2.5 years at a different 4 year school before flunking out).
I've been in classes for two weeks but haven't really made any friends yet, at most I make small talk with people in my major before class and say hi or wave when we see each other on campus.
Is this normal? How do I get into social circles when it already seems well established and everyone already knows each other?
Eat more mayo and jack off into everyone's chairs before class

Child's play.
OP, go to the bank with $20 and ask for change in all pennies. Go home and start stuffing pennies up your ass. It doesn't matter how many. Do whatever you're comfortable with, and you don't have to leave them there. You can pretty much just dunk them up there for a second, or if you wanna leave them for awhile. It doesn't matter. Anyway, take these pennies and start using them to pay for things and just start giving them to people. You might be asking yourself what the fuck does this have to do with making friends. I don't know the answer to that, but I can tell you after you've made people handle your ass pennies you'll have the upper hand. Just hold it over everyone and assume a position of power over them.
Why don't yoy join the fuckin Marines?

I'm kinda considering going into the Navy as an NFO after graduating tbqh. Probably won't though, I'm most likely going into a PhD in planetary science, an MS in AE or EE, or working until I start a grad program.

You make small talk and wave. You're a bank teller. Actually talk to people and figure out their interests, see what they're up to or see if there interested in hanging out.
