Hard to confess

Ok so, i've been with this girl for 2 and a half years, coming on 3... I really do want to marry this girl, she is 100% the one, the only problem is, it's a long distance relationship, she lives in scotland and i live in england, it's about a 3 hour train ride at £100, i can't drive yet and neither can see, now i've been having panic attacks and paranoia recently and i've been weird with her, now we're on a break and im a mess, she met up with some of her league of legends friends yesterday and spent the night with them, she wouldn't answer my call or anything... im so afraid she did stuff with them...

should i just move on? if so how do i do it...
