start a list of things that you want to do .
expand it until it can fill atleast 3 pages of paper.

Then get off your computer and start working on fulfilling it , slowly if you get bored of something move onto the next, and return to it later.

use the internet to help yourself fulfill the list.

and don't go online for any reason other than that .

This is unrealistic and even if OP could write 500 words lile that it would just make it look like more of a mountain to climb. Also cutting cold turkey never works without a support group literally detaining your access.

Take a baseball bat and smash your computer to bits. Do the same to your phone. Repeat as necessary. With your time, start hiking in the woods, until you figure out what you want to do.
