I have trouble sleeping, both getting to sleep and staying asleep but more than that I see faces when I close my eyes. I've recently been taking a larger dose of trazadone to help with depression and insomnia which seems to interfere with my 'minds eye'.
I can't readily project images like I used to, and when I go to bed I see very clear images of terrifying faces and eyes. Sometimes it's so bad that I have to get up and do something because my heart starts racing. It varies from a large, open eye to faces of the dead or tortured. Am I going crazy or is this just a side effect of my meds?
That sounds terrible. It also sounds like something I experienced as a child.
Who would you rather trust: 4chan, or someone who deals with side effects as part of their profession? Talk to your doctor and or psychiatrist.

I took trazadone as a teen to try and get rid of insomnia. It fucked me up for a while, bigly. Lots of waking hallucinations and such.
telll your doctor and get on different meds.
