I'm 22 and I think anxiety fucked me up, I used to push my belly out cus I thought that what they say with belly breathing, since then I'm anxious if I'm breahting right or wrong, yes I'm still here and alive, but I've started coughing and sometimes I feel like throwing up, not like sick, but like I have to puke or something. I don't know what the fuck is going on I never had respitory problems, any idea?

Sounds like psychosomatic symptoms of anxiety. It's nothing to worry about, but me saying that probably won't make you stop worrying. Anxiety can cause all kinds of physical symptoms, but none of them are dangerous. Keep that on your mind. Other than that, try to cope with your anxiety. Get rid of the cause, go exercise, spend time outside, etc. If that doesn't help, go to a psychotherapist.
Of course, I don't know how long this has been bothering you. If it's just a short-term thing due to some upcoming stressful event, then just wait it out.
