My mother is 55 and she has been like this for a year, it is not like she is suicidal, she does things, but it's like the life was sucked out of her, like she isn't smiling or laughing or anything when she used to, idk. We tried to bring her to do yoga and etc. but then she stopped going, what could we do???

get her tested for a MTHFR genetic mutation.
i have this mutation (a horrible form of it) and half of americans have the mild from of it.
it causes me anxiety, depression, and i have chronic fatigue syndrome because if makes me constantly exhausted.
is your mom going through menopause or about to? that could very much be it
if it's not menopause i say look into mental health problems causing the fatigue. i'm never suicidal but i sleep 15 hours a day

Take her to a docter and get her blood tested first and foremost. To me, it sounds like she's depressed, and that could be due to anything.
