The key element in dreams is not the "plot" but the emotion. Your dream does not say you want sex with your sister. It says you find sex with a child disgusting. It was probably triggered by something you read or heard about paedos during the day.

As much as I am into paranormal stuff, I came to the realization that dreams are meaningless in and of themselves, and you only transcribe a meaning to them consciously.
Like if a guy that dreams he'll get an accident. Well duh, he probably forgets about the dream in a week, but if he gets an accident soon, he'll go all HOLY SHIT I HAD A DREAM ABOUT IT.
