So my boyfriend loves to talk about the future everytime I see him. I'm a senior in high school and hes a junior so I kinda fear that our relationship won't last long in the future. Dont get me wrong, I'm just being realistic and everytime he brings the future up I always tell him Don't think about the future just think about the present. He just stops for a moment and continues on. I dont want to break his heart in the future but hes already has illusions so how do I tell him to stop?

That won't happen. The best you can do is tell him that you don't see it working out, but that you think he's a nice/attractive guy who can find someone special.
He won't take it well, but it won't destroy his self-esteem (hopefully).
