Any depression advice. I feel like I'm depressed. For a long time now I have the moods where I'm happy and life is great, then next thing I know it I have these thoughts where I'm a fucking loser and I'm just so sad. I feel like I also have anxiety over a lot of stuff like homework or I'm extremely self concious at school.
