stay away from your ex and try to find a new job.

get a bike instead of the broken jeep cardio should keep you in shape and help you to sleep.

fix your sleeping schdule and don't drink atleast 4 hours before your sleep.
you'll get better sleep this way and probably start dreaming.

and most importantly stop insulting yourself in your own diary .
