She recently told me that she tells her friend about "most of the things we do," and, honestly, I feel betrayed and uncomfortable with how far we've progressed.
I tried talking to her and she disagrees with me saying that she only tells her about what we do and she trusts her. Well, I fucking don't.
All I've ever wanted was just something shared with one damn person, not 3, not 4; one. I would think she'd feel the same because people are always up our asses 24/7 and we never actually get to be by ourselves. But I guess not. I fully believe that there now isn't a single aspect of our relationship that is kept to ourselves. She doesn't seem to care. What do I do?

God, I know I'm going to get backlash for this but she's really not like most women.
It's just so unorthodox compared to how she is. She's shut off, she doesn't open up to many people. And believe me, she does not indulge in girly things.
