>girl has a boyfriend
>obvious sexual tension between this girl and I
>I leave job, stay in the area
>girl breaks up with boyfriend
>mutual friend informs me of this news and encourages me reach out
>she responds very positively
>set up a date
>she cancels
>no big deal, life happens
>she texts me a week or so later, asks me if I want to meet that thursday night
>I text her on thursday around 5ish asking if she was still down to meet
>she texts back at 8 saying that for whatever reason she thought we were supposed to meet up the next day
>I say "it's all good lol, wanna meet tomorrow then?"
>no response

That was the last time I talked to her. I deleted her number to prevent myself from texting her again when I'm drunk or something because I would feel really pathetic. But I could always get it back from our mutual friend.

I feel really hurt but against my better judgement I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and reach out again.
