What does she mean ? ( honest advice needed)

Last night had argument with gf of two years.

- she told me she needs to do something for an hour so I was like ok (after work)
- I called and messaged her phone was off and I said why is it off
- she calls back an hour later and says she had a job application or something didn't want to be disturbed
- I said why havnt you told me about the job so to share to me the good news she said coz she's scared I'll be jealous
- I said I am not jealous simply mad for her keeping little stuff from me and fact that it hurts the relationship and doesn't help
- she goes on and on and then at some point says "I need to do this for me (talking about the new job) relationships can come and go but this is me I have to do my thing"
- I didn't understand and was confused how we've been in relationship for 2years but she wouldn't share good news with me and keep it a secret
- she also said she's scared I'll be jealous of her new job

What does it mean about our relationship ? Please honey genuine advice needed.
