neither to both of those, it stopped hurting but the bumps stayed.

Otherwise you got some chemical your skin doesn't like on the fingers, and didn't wash. Examples: dish detergent, poison ivy, acid, alkaline substances...

If it feels watery on the inside it may be a burn, but I'm sure you would've connected the dots by now

My sister had burns that looked exactly like that along her fingers and they hurt like shit to touch as well

No problem, my recommendation is just let them go away on their own

Keep the blister intact, only drain if its getting uncomfortably swollen. Keep it protected as the skin will be easily ripped open, potentially inviting bacteria and infection in. Don't ever use polysporin, it should be dry and covered, if it burst open or rips than use proper a burn ointment, but let it dry out when you can.
