Uni - living with friends

Hey /adv/, as the title suggests, I'll be moving to a shared student house with 4 of my close friends (though one of them I actually don't know too well but I like them and I think we're going to get along fine). But I'm worried, I've read things on how living with people you know can make you dislike them and can ultimately ruin a friendship. Does anyone here have an experience with living in student accommodation or just with friends in general, and if so how did it work out?

My living situation is it's a 3 story house, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room, 5 bedrooms (2 on each floor, except one on the bottom floor), shared bill payments (elec/gas, wifi etc). I'm not really loud and I like keeping things clean, but I'm unsure about how my friends are about that stuff yet
