I have been worried with my hair loss lately, since i have been growing my hair longer from this summer every morning i can pull like 20 hairs from just stroking my hair

I went on a hair clinic and they told me that for my age (20) its not so normal to have so thin hair on my front and that bald gap on my back, obviulsy they offer a treatment but its way expensive and i cant afford it

So question is.. Has anyone had balding issues? What did you do about it? Are there some natural solutions to keep hair stronger?
