I think this is the rational explanation I'd like. It's like in high school when it seems like everyone is doing one thing or another. But, it's really because you see the ones doing the thing, and you don't see the ones who aren't doing the thing.

I have this issue where I feel lonely, but I have conversations with acquaintances every day of the week.

I had two portrait sessions yesterday. The guy was great at small talk. The girl gave one word answers. It just rubbed me the wrong way the way girls are sometimes. I just sense girls always feel nervous or uneasy around me. It pisses me off.

It sucks that our past experience with people can color our present and future experiences. Especially in childhood, that's where you're learning the way the world is, and if you have a shitty childhood, it's hard to shake the lessons you learned when you were young. We all have experiences where we're like "Oh, this is how such and such is." For you, it seems like you've had painful experiences that taught you "Oh, women are gross and evil creatures." Humans love to categorize and label shit. It's worked so well for us throughout our evolutionary journey. Your brain makes generalizations to try and simplify the complicated fuckery that is life.

Making generalizations is great for survival, but not so great for empathy and connecting with people. If you think women are trash, all you'll see is trash women. You have to open your mind up to the possibility that maybe women aren't all bad, that they can be good, that not all women are like the women who have specifically caused you pain in your past or present. And if you go up to someone thinking they're a gross piece of trash, I'm willing to bet they'll be able to sense it, and that's more likely to make them react coldly, which only confirms your beliefs.
