So I take magnesium lactate and vitamin b6 after running, but I read somewhere that magnesium+vitamin b without folic acid can cause neurological disorder. "You need to assure you have both B vitamins and folic acid together. One without the other can cause serious nonreversible neurological damage can cause neurological disorder if not taken with vitamin b1 that can't be recovered." Is this true? Should I stop taking magnesium? I take about 400mg. The problem is my supplement only has magnesium and vitamin b6.

Just buy some folic acid? Folic acid is B9, if you're worried about od'ing or some random shit you just piss it out like the rest of the B vitamins. Also i've never heard that.
