Think hard about nothing.
sit on a cushion with your spine straight and legs crossed
set a timer for 20 mins
rest one hand on the other so the tips of your thumbs are touching
close your eyes and focus all your energy on your nostrils and the sensation of breath going in and out continuously
dont breathe manually just let go
if you find yourself distracted by thought count each breath in from 10 down to 1 until you're focused again
do this at least once a day for a week and then increase the time by a minute
