I always spent shitloads of time in front of my PC but recently they've started to hurt after longer exposure. I'm already wearing glasses (duh) and installed flux to lessen the strain, anything else I should do beside cutting down on my time using computers? I'm only 18, I don't want to end up blind ;_;

id also recommend finding a 'dark' version of any site you use a lot. use 4chan? set it to 'tomorrow' for its style. use a writing program? research the dark versions.
dark version doesn't hurt your eyes.

You have glasses most likely because shit DNA. Check on your parents and grandparents eye sight.
You cant kill your eyes by using them. Not by reasonable use.
Never look into monitor at dark. Always have source of light which is more stronger than your monitor in the same room. Have 8 hours of sleep.
The distance between your head and monitor should be at least 1.5 more than the diagonal width of said monitor.
