I'm looking for good selfhelp books/pdfs's/articles
to basically help me understand and get girls or improve confidence but without it forcing me being a obnoxious PUA douchebag. I have read book of pook in the past and it's pretty good so similar stuff to that.
I have also read no more mr nice guy but i don't think i'm a nice guy the way that book describes i'm just genuinely nice but i also do think about myself and my own needs.
Why i am researching this is because i have noticed a pattern. The 2 girls i dated both ditched me for another guy and gave me the no feelings but you are lovely and nice bs. Of course it's a numbers game but still i want to improve.

Well maybe my question was phrased a bit shallow. The good thing about book of pook how it was mostly focused about improving yourself and not just getting women. So basically more of that stuff
