What kind of acne is this and what do?

Looks like a semi-hard case of normal acne.

Easy way to fix it is to take regular showers and keep your skin clean. Also refrain from touching the acne.
That will help it heal, but you also need to treat its cause, usually diet.
So make sure you eat plenty of micronutrients. I.e. vegetables.
And refrain from processed sugar and fatty foods.

Normal acne, wash your face daily, moisturize (not too much), clean your fucking pillow, don't touch your face.

Can't judge by the photo quality but some might be white spots, in which case you'd require an AHA. But getting a normal hygiene down is priority.
