So I work at a summer camp.
A few weeks ago a coworker used my master key to rob the store. Obviously I reported him.
He was the boss's nephew, and so he was 'terminated' rather than fired, which means he is allowed to visit and re-apply next year.
This coworker had told me about how he used to physically assault homeless people in college, and how he had once shot another staffer with a BB gun in anger.
Anyways, he is visiting for a week, and I noticed a .17 caliber air rifle in his tent.
Do I tell management about his rifle? Do I threaten to quit if they don't confiscate it?
Unless you fear harm will come to you or your coworkers, then leave him alone.
His stupidity will catch up with him eventually.
>this coworker has told me
Unless you saw it for yourself, this is not necessarily an excuse to report him.

He knows I reported him for the robbery, which led to his termination.
Is that reason enough to fear reprisal?

You fucked up where you allowed someone else to use your key.
Unless it's against the rules to have an air rifle, this vendetta you have against him is a little suspect at this point.
What if your coworker is just fucking with you. Don't accuse him untill you've seen it

No, you report him before someone gets hurt. Sux but the bad guy usually wins.
>shot bb gun out of anger
how do you expect me to take that seriously after the beating up homeless bit
Honestly you all sound like pussies
