Should I go to my school's health center and get this checked out? It's basically these brown splotches/freckle looking spots that are under my skin. My feet are not DIRTY, this is under my skin. What I think might have caused it is the bowling shoes I wore a few days ago. Me and another buddy showed up in flip flops, said "fuck it", and wore the shoes. I definitely hope that isn't the case, but it might be. I'm also at uni so there's just nasty fucking diseases just about everywhere (yes, i wear sandles in the shower and I wash my feet) that I can catch. It is not painful, and it doesn't look too bad for now. I'm keeping on eye on it and deciding if I need to make an appointment.

Here's my other foot, which looks a lot worse (marks in are same spot).
If you got it after wearing a certain type of footware, as you claim, it's likely a fungus. Purchase an over-the-counter antifungal cream (lin Tinactin), lather it ALL over your foot, slap on a CLEAN sock and do that for 4-5 days. If it doesn't start to go away, go to a doctor.

Will do, thank you

This. I get it all the time, but by now you'll need to go to the doctors. It's too big for the over the counter creams to work.
Also looks a bit like plantar warts. I think they are caught from gym showers.

I don't agree. They way he should apply it is in a THICK like "ew WTF is this gushy wet sock feeling?" kind of thickness.

Looks like Dyshidrotic Eczema to me. Treat with Clobetasol before it develops to Pompholyx. That shit ain't fun.
