Basicly im a 19 yo beta virgin who lacks social skills, anyways when i end up getting the courage to talk to a girl they always seem to fade from my life, they either get uninterested or maybe im just boring, they all just stop messaging me after a while, in the start it´s great because i don´t know anything so the topics are fresh but after a while it just starts getting repetitive. How do i step up my game?

This makes it sound like you behave like a romantic comedy protagonist. Looking art a girl, gathering up the courage and then jumping to "talk" to her. But you are not really talking. You have already decided you like her and you are just trying to unlock her pants.
Do you have female friends? I always suggest making female friends. It will teach you the difference between a girl that just likes hanghing out with you, and a girl that actually likes you.
