Thats fairly bad desu, but the good news is that you can only alter your diet slightly right now and you will lose weight. Im kind of an expert on nutrition (have been studying it for 12 yrs now) and here is my advice, in order of importance:
Drink a gallon of water each day. If all you do is this, you will lose weight.
Find an app or diary and start writing down what you eat and at what time. You can even use a calorie counting app, but honestly just putting it all on paper will show you what you are doing wrong. Also, if you do use a diary or notepad app, you can write down every time you have a craving, this will help you develop mental toughness to beat cravings.
Avoid sugar at all costs. Seriously do not eat sugary foods. I dont even reccomend alternative sweetners for the first month of sugar avoidance(healthiest ones are dextrose, stevia, real maple syrup, and raw unfiltered (creamy) honey) bc you will constantly crave sugar. It is more addictive than cocaine, and probably your biggest enemy.
Avoid breads at all costs. Excessive Carbohydrates are probably more likely to be the reason for your obesity than excessive fats are.
Eat vegetables. Really good at making you feel full and hardly any calories and packed w nutrients snd minerals.
Eat small meals every 2-4 hours, 4-6 meals per day. This prevents overeating and is good for your metabolism. Maybe eat 3 decent sized meals and 2-3 snacks (handful or 3 of almonds, for example) per day
Join an online weightloss community. Emphasis on weightloss and not fitness, but either is fine but fitness can be intimidating for some, especially newer, ppl. This is a hard mountain to climb, you probably wont be able to do it w/o some kind of mental support. Good luck
