think of something you are capable of doing, write it down, and do it tomorrow. then cross it off and write one for the next day. something like "make dinner" or "go for a walk" or "see a play".

Just do little things. Make a cup of coffee or take out the garbage. Download some new music. Walk down to the corner store and get some snacks. Keep yourself busy and you'll get through it.
