Do some cardio.
Eat multivitamine.
Eat fats.
Be 20something male.
Inject steroids.

I'm pretty sure that when you say naturally you really just mean legally... Anyway, it's mostly just the usual stuff: good diet, consistent high quality sleep, no chronic stress, exercise... Also getting into some risky or scary situations that get your heart pumping and fucking a lot of girls probably helps a bit.

I can only think of 2 reasons why you'd ask this; either you want to gain some muscle or you want more motivation to chase girls. Testosterone is important in both of those things but it is in only one factor in a very complex system.
