Play an instrument. Honestly God tier if you get dedicated. Maybe anytbing music related. There's all sorts of brain gains, and even social gains if you like. It's obviously better to start young, but it's never too late to try.

Lifting is an obviously one. You get stronk, hopefully learn a bit about nutrition, look and feel better, and there's still brain gains.
