try to take things one step at a time, one class at a time
i have awful anxiety issues and they're only heightened around back to school time, but once you're seated in a class and the professor starts to drone on you'll feel better and more comfortable
it's the first day that's the hardest, just take things in small steps

Work out, release your stress
