so FedEx lost my package, the package was signed by 'wwilliams' and nobody knows who this is. my claim got denied because according to FedEx told me shipper should file the claim, and my shipper would open a claim but he's taking time and are not that keen about it (saying FedEx would contact him but FedEx says shipper have to initiate).

so I spent my 600 dollars and that package was lost. I don't even know what to do. it's FedEx's fault for delivering to wrong person but shipper didn't do any wrong. police doesn't really take this seriously(told me to wait for FedEx but they ain't doing shit about this). Can I sue shipper or FedEx? this is just so fucked.

Then you are 100% covered via PAYPAL. Do not file a dispute via ebay, file the dispute via PAYPAL. You will get all your money back as delivery never took place. The seller and shipper will be REAL motivated to start that claims process once the money is returned to you.
