Does anybody know about a certain diet that can help me study better ? I have to sit for almost the whole day (5hours of sleep max) except for sundays and it makes me very tired at some point I can't even sit . Anything that would keep me attentive/sharp despite me not moving for long hours.

Avoid sugaries , anything from the box , drink more water, don't sit for too long and get 2/3 mins break every 90mins to stretch.
eat salmon, tuna and sardines for omega 3 and protein
consider using a standing desk
consider supplementing with a multivitamin, folate and creatine

Sleep more? Why only 5 hours, clearly not enough
