Writing is incredibly therapeutic and cutting off contact is important. Write out things you want to say or messages you want to say, but don't send them. Time helps, remember that.

speaking as someone whose done LSD and DMT and a plethora of drugs beside, psys and otherwise, this is pretty retarded advice. psys can change your mind but how they do so is not really up to you. trust me, integrating a trip while dealing with breakup pain is not where you want to be. And as painful as it is you will learn from this breakup and gain the emotional strength to deal with huge blows like this in the future. Anon is right that they're likely to precipitate life-changing experiences but I don't think dropping acid as a magic pill to deal with emotional pain is a good strategy.
